3. Payment
All payments are due at the time of order completion. We accept various secure payment methods, including PayPal, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), G Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Afterpay, and eftpos. If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed, and no items will be shipped.
4. Shipping
You are responsible for all shipping costs as displayed at checkout. We offer a detailed Shipping Policy outlining shipping options, processing windows, and procedures. In case of lost or damaged items during shipping, please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
5. Refund Policy
We generally do not offer refunds for fragrance samples due to the hygiene and nature of the product. However, we will issue a full refund or replacement if:
- We send you the wrong item.
- Your items arrive damaged during transit.
To claim a refund for a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within a reasonable timeframe of receiving the order. Please contact us by email at support@lovethatscent.com.au with a clear photograph of the damaged product.
6. Cancellation
Standard orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet entered the processing and fulfillment stage. Once an order has been processed or packed by our team, it cannot be cancelled or modified, and you are responsible for the full payment.

Right to Refuse Service and Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. To maintain a safe and respectful environment for our staff, we have implemented the following policies regarding prohibited conduct and order interference:
Prohibited Conduct: We do not tolerate harassment, defamation, or the spread of false information regarding our business operations (including, but not limited to, unfounded accusations regarding the sale of restricted goods).
Abuse of Platform: If a user has been previously banned or blocked due to a violation of these terms, any attempt to circumvent such restrictions—including the use of aliases, false names, or alternative email addresses to place orders—is strictly prohibited.
Cancellation & Refunds: We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order placed by an individual who has previously been flagged for harassment or who is attempting to bypass a prior ban. In these instances, the order will be canceled immediately upon identification and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. We are not responsible for any banking delays or "pending" status on the customer's end following the issuance of a refund.
Finality of Decisions: Decisions to terminate service or block specific IP addresses/physical addresses due to documented harassment are final.
