Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At Love That Scent, we primarily offer one-time purchases for our fragrance samples and decants. However, if any purchase options (such as pre-orders or promotional subscriptions) are made available on our store, the following terms apply:

1. Cancellation of Orders

Standard orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet entered the processing and fulfillment stage. Because our team works quickly to hand-pour and package your decants, please contact us immediately at help@lovethatscent.com.au if you need to request a cancellation. Once an order has been processed or packed by our team, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

2. Future Subscriptions or Recurring Options

If you opt into a recurring purchase option or subscription service in the future, you may cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next scheduled billing date. Cancellations can be managed directly through your customer account portal on our website or by emailing our support team.
