Legal Disclaimer for Love That Scent

Love That Scent is committed to providing our customers with high-quality fragrance samples decanted from authentic products. However, it's important to clarify the following:

  • Affiliation: Love That Scent is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or supported by any of the brands whose fragrances we offer samples of. All trademarks, logos, and brand names remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. We strive to never infringe upon the intellectual property rights of these companies.
  • Product Description: Our fragrance samples are decanted from 100% authentic fragrance bottles into 3ml, 5ml, and 10ml atomizers. We repackage and distribute these samples ourselves. (Please update the volume sizes once you have a confirmed PO Box address.)
  • Decanting Process: We transfer perfume from the original large bottles into smaller atomizers using sterile techniques, including spraying, pouring, or utilizing medical-grade pipettes. We exclusively use brand-new sterile atomizers for decanting. This allows customers to explore various fragrances before committing to a full bottle.
  • Sample Preparation: Each sample is hand-decanted upon order confirmation and just before shipment. We maintain a high-quality sterile environment and use medical-grade pipettes to ensure hygiene during the decanting process.
  • Disclaimer: While we take all necessary precautions, we cannot guarantee that our samples are bottled to the exact quality and integrity standards as the original products from the fragrance brands.
  • Final Product: The final product you receive will be the authentic fragrance, meticulously transferred from the original retail bottle into our sterile atomizers and clearly labeled as a sample.
  • Authenticity: We prioritize the authenticity of our products. We source our fragrances only from authorized suppliers who are directly contracted with the manufacturers. We guarantee 100% authenticity of all samples we sell. Love That Scent does not condone or sell counterfeit fragrances of any kind. We value your satisfaction and our reputation for providing genuine products.

Right to Refuse Service and Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. To maintain a safe and respectful environment for our staff, we have implemented the following policies regarding prohibited conduct and order interference:

  • Prohibited Conduct: We do not tolerate harassment, defamation, or the spread of false information regarding our business operations (including, but not limited to, unfounded accusations regarding the sale of restricted goods).

  • Abuse of Platform: If a user has been previously banned or blocked due to a violation of these terms, any attempt to circumvent such restrictions—including the use of aliases, false names, or alternative email addresses to place orders—is strictly prohibited.

  • Cancellation & Refunds: We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order placed by an individual who has previously been flagged for harassment or who is attempting to bypass a prior ban.

    • In these instances, the order will be canceled immediately upon identification.

    • A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

    • We are not responsible for any banking delays or "pending" status on the customer's end following the issuance of a refund.

  • Finality of Decisions: Decisions to terminate service or block specific IP addresses/physical addresses due to documented harassment are final.
