What products do you offer?

We offer decants of Middle Eastern and designer fragrances in 3ml and 5ml spray bottles, as well as perfume oils in 3ml roller glass bottles. Every order includes a free sample to enjoy.

Are your fragrances authentic?

Yes, all our fragrances are 100% authentic. We source them from reputable and credible suppliers. Each box is photographed to show the authentic hologram stickers for your peace of mind.

How are your products shipped?

All our decants are shipped securely using glass sprayers to prevent accidents during transit. Love That Scent holds an official contract with Australia Post (eParcel) that fully authorizes us to ship perfumes safely and legally within Australia via Road Transport Only. Every order comes with a tracking number.

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

*Note: Because every order is meticulously hand-decanted, please allow 5 to 7 business days for handling and preparation, which is separate from shipping time.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the hygiene and nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

How long will the decants last?

Our fragrance decants are good for up to 6 months, ensuring that you can enjoy your favorite scents without worry.

How much use can I expect from each size?

- 3ml Spray Bottle: Approximately 30-44 sprays, lasting 7-11 days.

- 5ml Spray Bottle: Approximately 50-75 sprays, lasting 25-37 days.

- 3ml Roll-On Bottle: Lasts at least 1 month.

Can I have a free Sample with my Order?
